Keith Smith – Founder & CEO

Keith created Takeout Trader after recognizing two common challenges: restaurants constantly struggle with menu costs and updates, while local businesses struggle to get affordable, effective visibility. By merging these two needs, he built a sustainable win-win model that gives restaurants free professional menus and local businesses exclusive advertising exposure.

Keith’s vision is to make Takeout Trader the “Microsoft of Menus” — leading both physical and digital menu innovation. He drives the company’s strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth.

MATT-KANE

Matt Kane – Marketing Director

Matt brings deep expertise in brand building and community-focused marketing. His role is to shape the messaging that makes Takeout Trader stand out from traditional advertising options. Matt focuses on positioning the company as an exclusive, trust-driven platform — not just another ad service.

He works closely with both restaurants and advertisers to build campaigns that not only look great but deliver results, reinforcing the exclusivity and community trust that define Takeout Trader.
